The Louisiana Nursing Home Association (LNHA) is hosting a one-day seminar presented with Myers & Stauffer at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge on October 22. Specifically designed for long-term care professionals, this seminar will focus on MDS and case mix and will provide a review of the following: 1) supportive documentation requirements; 2) respiratory therapy; 3) restorative nursing programs; 4) Section GG with examples and more. The deadline to register online is October 14, 2026.

This seminar will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge. To receive the $125 group rate, call 225.925.2244 and mention code MDS. The deadline to receive the group rate is September 21.

• Administrators: This session is approved by the Louisiana Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators for 7.0 hours of continuing education credits.
  
  

• Registered nurses: Northwestern State University’s Nursing Continuing Education is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
  
  This event is Joint Provided by NSU Nursing Continuing Education and the Louisiana Nursing Home Association.
